Pinelle and Pinelli, today I want to tell you about a marvellous concept store that I adored when I went to see the Stella McCartney runway show in Paris (remember?). The shop is called Merci and it’s at number 111 Boulevard Beaumarchais, in the heart of the Marais.

It’s a really beautiful location – imagine that hundreds of years ago this enormous space was a huge fabric factory and now it is a magnificent store where you will find everything, even a restaurant, bookshop, bistrot. So many attractions that you could quite happily spend the whole day in Merci!

You will find designer label clothes but also simple, good value pieces: shoes, bags, hats, costume and real jewellery. There is also a corner for your dog, a stationers and an entire department devoted to furnishings and articles for the home. A marvellous world just waiting to be discovered, here you will find anything you can think of and you can take home a piece of Paris without blowing your budget.

Pinelline, those of you going to Paris must absolutely visit this place, even with your boyfriends or men friends, there is obviously a huge selection for them too (with fabulous books to leaf through for the more intellectual!).
