Pinelle… as you all know by now, these days I’m busy working on the set of Extreme Makeover.
There’s lots of work to be done – you know the programme – we have to build an entire house in just a few days… we don’t even count the work hours any more… but when we do manage to get together for a snack, we always try to make it a happy, relaxing time for all. The hard work and frantic schedule, however, is worth it when we see a family that can smile again. π
Today, I want to give you a peek at our break time… a veritable late summer picnic… or an early autumn one is perhaps more fitting?!? π
Since I was kindly given a fine stock ofΒ fruit juice, I decided to take it with me and share it with the whole team! So we set up a little “picnic area” with rugs, snacks and lots and lots of juice. We certainly need a good dose of vitamins to be able to keep on filming! π
The people you see in the photos are the “workforce” who I already introduced to you at the start of this adventure. But in these snaps you can also see Cristiana Farina, the producer of Extreme and, in the last photo, the director Giorgio Romano as he “suffers” one of my jokes! And then, the real special guests of the day: Bruno, the mascot dog you’ll see in the programme and his playmate Swami!!! π
The setting was splendid, we spent several days in the countryside, with nature, animals and the sense of wellbeing that only this kind of place can offer!
Pinelle!!! Could I possibly ask for more? π
