Strolling around London

Dear pinelle and pinelli, over the Christmas hols I stayed in London for a few days with my family, and so I’ve decided to show you some photos taken before going for a nice stroll in Hyde Park with Tommaso and Mia. The weather was dreadful pretty much all the time, but what I’m going to show you is the only slightly sunny and not freezing cold day, when we were able to stay outside for a good few hours!!!
We had great fun… as soon as they see the slightest bit of sunshine, even in the middle of winter, all the English sport short sleeves and bare legs and stretch out happily on the grass. So at the park we found lots of people, a gaggle of kids and plenty of dogs!!!

Tommaso played with his frisbee, Mia took her inseparable scooter, and then we all went to have a burger and chips nearby. If you happen to be in the city, don’t miss Tom’s Kitchen, PJ’s Bar and Grill or Hamburger&Lobster on the top floor of the Harvey Nichols department store… all fantastic places and really delish!!!

I wanted to put on one of my fave little dresses by KristinaTi … it can be worn casually by day teamed with boots and a coat (believe it or not, the one you can see is actually a vintage KristinaTi that I happen to come across in a wardrobe years later!!!), or by night with a nice pair of heels and a belt around the waist… basically it’s perfect for every occasion. I matched it with one of my MarksandAngels bags from the new SS 2014 collection, which has a slightly vintage look and is perfect, I think, for a stroll. There were lots of Italians around and I always hope to meet one of you!

By the way… today is Epiphany… and with my check coat and black hat I look a bit like the old Befana, don’t I???
