Ciao Pinelle!!!

Yes, I know… I’m starting to get repetitive but… I’m so missing the spring!!!

We’ve been wrapped up from head to toe for way too long now as this cold just won’t let up! As soon as I see a ray of sunshine, I cannot resist temptation…  and so I’ve been wondering: What colours in fashion make us instantly think of the sea, of boats and cruises?!? Blue, white and red, of course… and then if we throw in a stripy top, voilà!… your sailor is here!! 🙂

With this outfit I can just see myself by a small harbour on a sunny winter’s day… only a dream, I know!

But to get back to down to earth… these photos were obviously taken in the heart of the city, and to keep myself warm I wore two garments that are always an absolute must when it comes to staying cosy. The first is definitely Napapijri’s padded body warmer, a valid alternative to your everyday puffer jackets and decidedly less bulky! The second have been in fashion for several years, and I’m talking about Ugg boots, which in winter are indispensible!

As always, I’ve varied the brands and tried to create a very “easy” look without ever foregoing that certain touch of style, in this case provided by the perfectly matched Tommy Hilfiger bag for a slightly more “classy” feel.

Pinelle! Any thoughts? Can’t you just picture me on the pier ready to set sail? 😀
