do you already know what you’re going to wear on the beach this summer? let’s have a look at the 2016 beachwear trends, so we can choose our perfect summer look! Bikini, beach robes, accessories, beach bags, sunglasses, where do we start from?

Of course, from bikinis… the real must of every summer. Plain color, patterned, monokinis, triangle, in technical fabric or crochet… besides the model, the real protagonists are lively colors! We need to choose the model that suits us best, that adapts to the curves of our body, making us feel comfy. Very fashionable are tube tops and triangles… low cost brands like H&M, TopShop, Tezenis, make beautiful models with colored prints, floral patterns and ethnic ones. An explosion of energy!

40’s and 50’s beachwear is back, with high waist, perfect to hide a bit of belly and with the flexible under wired top, perfect for curvy women…and for a vintage look, try a pair of “cat-eye” sunglasses! Spectacular! And if you love the 70’s like I do, fringe bikinis and ruches are perfect. Or trikini and monokini are super trendy this season…

And with the bikini, you must have a beach robe. A long cover up or a poncho. Personalize them with belts and necklaces…perfect for a night out or a dinner on the beach with friends.

And the accessories?

In the list of what we have to bring with us on holidays, we must have a beach bag, big enough to put inside anything we might need! Big straw bags, in jute and colored are very trendy… I love my striped Anita beach! It is very big, but I always put a lot of stuff in it ?

The final touch for the perfect beachwear are sunglasses… the round ones and cat ones are always very glamourous… this year I chose mirrored glasses, with colored frame!! Amazing!! And then, my summer friend…the hat! Many shapes and colors, but my favorite is always Panama. Perfect with a sarong, long or short dresses. Guaranteed.
